If your property doesn’t perfectly match our criteria (e.g., it has only one bathroom or is not low-set), we still encourage you to fill out the form. We’ll review each property individually and discuss options with you to see if it could be a fit for the program.

We aim to secure long-term leases, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years or more, depending on your preferences and the needs of our programs. Long-term leases provide you with stable income and less turnover compared to traditional tenants.

We’re currently seeking properties in the Hinchinbrook region, including Ingham, Cardwell, and surrounding areas. If your property is outside these areas, feel free to reach out—we’d love to explore how we can work together.

We’re looking for properties with 3–4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a low-set and brick design, and a fenced yard (no pool preferred). However, if your property doesn’t meet all of these criteria, please contact us anyway. We’re happy to review your property and discuss its suitability.
